Please read these terms carefully before using Dozi.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dozi website, calculators, AI chat, Vastu checker, guides, and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Dozi provides educational and decision-support tools for home construction, flat buying, and real-estate planning in India. This includes free calculators (EMI, home loan eligibility, construction cost, stamp duty, rental yield), AI chat, a Vastu checker, written guides, and structured courses.
The Services are intended to help you learn, compare options, and ask better questions. They are not a substitute for licensed legal, financial, tax, architectural, engineering, or Vastu consultation.
Some features require an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@dozi.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.
Our calculators apply widely used formulas and publicly available benchmarks to the values you enter. They are designed to give you a reasonable estimate, not a binding number.
Dozi is not a bank, lender, broker, financial advisor, or real-estate agent, and we do not guarantee that any specific loan, rate, duty amount, or construction cost will be available to you.
Our AI features (including AI chat and the Vastu checker) use large language models to generate educational explanations and general guidance based on the information you provide. They are meant to help you understand concepts, frameworks, and possibilities — not to make decisions for you.
You are responsible for how you use the information generated by the Services. Dozi’s role is to educate and inform — not to instruct you on what to do.

We may limit or suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
Certain features, courses, or plans may be offered on a paid basis. Pricing, billing cycles, taxes, and refund eligibility are described on the relevant purchase page and in our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you authorise us or our payment processor to charge the applicable amount using the payment method you provide.
The Services, including their text, graphics, code, designs, trademarks, calculators, guides, and AI prompts, are owned by Dozi or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you submit content to the Services — such as calculator inputs, AI prompts, Vastu descriptions, or feedback — you retain ownership of that content. You grant Dozi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Services in line with our Privacy Policy.
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools, or AI model providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dozi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, that calculator results will be exact, or that AI responses will be complete or accurate in every case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dozi and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Services, calculator results, AI responses, or any decisions you make based on them. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you have paid to Dozi in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dozi and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion by emailing support@dozi.ai. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the Services and other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 11, 12, 13, and 16) will continue to apply.
We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time. We may also update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, applicable law, or our practices. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services. Continued use after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
