Our Story

In 2025, a close friend bought land in Bangalore and decided to build his home. Simple enough, until it wasn't. Before a single brick was laid, he spent weeks figuring out the right location: not the price, but whether a hospital, school, and market were within 1–2 km. The basics of livability that no one tells you to plan for upfront.

Then came land verification, a lawyer to check titles, encumbrances, and local building rules. A contractor who started delaying, pushing costs up month by month. A separate civil engineer hired just to keep an eye on the site. When the contractor's delays forced him to end the contract, the fine print cost him ₹4 lakhs. He then managed civil work, electricians, and carpenters separately, every decision on his own. After completion, a CA for tax filings.

At every step, the information existed but buried across hundreds of YouTube videos, paid consultants, and WhatsApp forwards. There was no single place that walked you through the full journey, honestly, without trying to sell you something.
