Refund Policy

How refunds are handled for Dozi.ai paid plans.

Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected cycle. Access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Eligibility

If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Valid billing errors are eligible for full or partial refund review.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are typically not provided for partial-period usage, unused features, or plan changes requested after significant usage of premium services.

How to Request

Email support@dozi.ai with your account email, transaction reference, and reason for request. Our team will respond with resolution steps as quickly as possible.
